To get a better understanding of
how to copy your DVD, study the whole page first. |

How to to make perfect copies of your favourite DVD collection. |
In this illustration we are going to download two software programs, marry the two
programs together and copy a DVD.
To get started we'll first need to download some software.
One, to copy and compress the DVD, so that the copied DVD will fit on a blank DVD+r
and one, to remove the copy protections. This will allow you to watch your copied DVD
on
any DVD player etc.
The software I use is "1 Click DVD copy Pro" to copy my DVD's and
"DVD css-region free" to remove the copy protections.
You can use "1 click DVD copy", it doesnt have the pro features, but it
will work just as well.
The hardware needed to copy your DVD is a DVD re-writer,
a blank DVD+r disc and a movie to copy.
|
| |
| The next step is to download and install the software... |
|
"To download and install" click on the links above,"click save to desktop" ,
click the icon on your desktop to download and install.
(Your download will come from "Reg Now" which is a 100% safe). |
| |
 |
Now that you've installed" DVD Region css free" and "1 click DVD copy" or the "pro" version,
You'll need to marry the two programs together.
First, open "DVD Region css free" by double clicking on the icon on your desktop,
you should now see this icon...
on the task bar down by your clock.
Double click the icon to open the
"DVD Region css free's" tool box.
|
| Now you should have the" DVD Region css free"s tool box open like the one below. |
|
To the left we have the" tabs" General, Region+css, Audio CD, Program and Add-ons.
Ok click on the general tab and change the language to your own.
Next click on the tab "Region-css" and set the default region to whatever your region is.
Now you'll need to get these two programs to work together;
Click on the program tab and click on the add button (a new window will open).
Click on the little black arrow next to the address bar.
You'll now need to find "1 click DVD copy's" exe file;
(If you have downloaded both
programs, you'll have to go through this same
procedure for both).
In the box below the address, bar click on local disk (c:)
(if this is where you have installed the program),
then click on "program files" . Look for "LG software" and click it,
now double click "1 Click DVD Copy"
"1 Click DVD Copy"
or the" pro" version has now been added to "DVD region-css free".
Click OK to close "DVD region-css free's property box".
Now you have made changes to "DVD region-css free" it will want to restart your computer.
Lets copy a DVD...
From your desktop double click "1 click DVD copy" or the" Pro" version
(which ever program you have installed).
You'll notice
"DVD region-css free" starts before "1 click DVD copy" opens or it should do.
It will run quietly in the background, which is what we want.
With "1 Click DVD copy" open, place the DVD or movie you would like to copy into your
DVD re-writer, wait a for bit, "windows" will open an annoying box, close it, or when you
place the DVD into the re-writer tray, hold down the shift key, this will stop that annoying
window from opening.
Not much to change with "1 Click DVD copy", just wait for a few seconds for the program
to find the DVD, once that's done, click the start button and follow the prompts.
"1 Click DVD copy" copies the DVD to your hard drive, it will open the drawer of your
DVD-re-writer for you to insert a blank DVD+r disc. Then hit the "burn button".
"1 Click DVD copy"
will
copy the movie from your
hard drive to the blank DVD+r.
